Juniper Bear was an original music band formed in 1972 in Grand Rapids, MI. It played music influenced by Jethro Tull, Gentle Giant, Frank Zappa, The Allman Brothers, Led Zepplin, and other groups of the day. A cult following developed in the city, and the band changed the lives of the musicians that were part of it. It is remembered fondly by all.
